Water Damage in San Jose, CA

This flooded house in San Jose, CA was the result of a faucet accidentally being left on. The water was EVERYWHERE! The before picture was just one of many affected rooms of a three story home. The after picture shows the same room post water mitigation. We had to remove the hardwood floor to dry the subfloor and cut the walls to remove wet insulation and dry the studs. This was a very big and laborious job, but it is no match for our team of trained technicians. The demolition of all affected areas of a three story house was completed within a week.
