A real estate agent reached out to us for help because they found mushrooms growing in one of their rental properties due to a toilet leak from the second floor. That's right, MUSHROOMS! After the leak was repaired, we had to remediate the damages fast, so that the property can go back on the market and making money again. This was a quick few day job. We had to remove the affected ceiling because there was mold on it and clean the surrounding studs by removing the growing mushrooms, sanitizing and encapsulating everything. The real estate was very pleased that we were able to remediate the damages so quickly.
